For the preparation you need: fattened carp, salt, spices and red pepper.
First we need to clean the carp, season with salt, spices and Vegeta, and then put him in a wooden fork. Special attention should be taken at handle the carp in the wooden fork. On top of the wooden fork the carp shoud be attached with the wire to prevent that he falls into the fire. The fire must be made on the land, so that we can stuck the fork into the ground. It is desirable to make a fire of ash-tree, because of its smoke, that gives a special taste to this dish.
Ten minutes before the end of grilling, strewn the fish with milled red pepper.
Prepared in this way, the carp is a real treat, by the slow grilling the fat from the fish will be wrung out and fish soak up the smell of smoke.
