2009. marked the completion of the reconstruction of the building, the interior of the Christian Reformed Church in Lugu, built in 1475th. In the mid-16th century Mihajlo Starin, Baranja famous reformer, changed almost all Catholics over Calvinism and there are the documents in which he claims that more than seven years, Calvinisam was preached among the Turkish rule. Historical Park arranged arround the local church, with informations about the past of the village, and most of the people of religious life, the people who were devoted to important reform movement beyond the borders of present Croatia. The area in front of the church adorns the monument (of locals killed in the Second World War), with the inscription “Slurry Jussan” – “In the Footsteps of the heritage of our ancestors”.
