Kormoran (Cormorant)

Venison and freshwater fish recipes, meat prepared in a traditional way, the spicy paprika-flavoured smoked sausage (’’kulen’’) of Baranya, smoked sausages and inevitable ground red pepper – are just part of the rich offer of the Kormoran restaurant.

The restaurant staff can recommend the following chef’s specials: paprika-flavoured fish stew (’’fiš paprikaš’’) with homemade noodles, carp put on forked branches and exposed to an open fire (’’šaran u rašljama’’), carp à la Baranyan, dense catfish stew (pörkölt), shepherd’s stew (’’čobanac’’) made of venison and deer fillet à la Baranyan. These specialties can be perfectly paired with premium wines produced by the Belje company.
